UK Delivery & Customs Information
Where do we print our products?
All of our stationery and photo books are printed in our very own atelier in Nantes, France.
Do you need to pay VAT and customs charges?
The rules regarding payment of VAT have changed for goods arriving into the UK from France as of 1st January 2021, and depend on the value of your order.
This does not change the overall price of your order, simply whether you pay the 20% VAT directly to Rosemood when placing your order, or to HM Revenues & Customs when your order arrives in the UK.

You will be required to pay any relevant fees before your parcel can be delivered. You can pay these by contacting the respective delivery company directly.
Does Brexit affect the delivery of your order?
Delivery of orders to the UK remains unchanged.
All parcels sent from our French printing studio will clear customs. This should not impact the timing of the delivery of your products for orders under £135 where no customs charges apply.
If your order is worth more than £135, you will be asked to pay a customs handling fee and VAT before your parcel can be delivered. The courier service will be in touch with you via email, letter or SMS before your parcel can be delivered.
We will notify you as soon as we hand your parcel over to the courier service, and you will be able to track your parcel every step of the way!
How long does delivery to the UK take after processing in our studio?
Standard delivery to the UK takes 3-5 working days with Colissimo and Parcel Force.
Express delivery takes 1-3 working days with Chronopost and FedEx.
If your order is worth more than £135, you will be asked to pay VAT and a customs handling fee before your parcel can be delivered, and reactivity to these charges can dictate delivery times.
