Beautiful Memento
We used the app to design ours in dark blue, choosing recycled card and the complementing stickers as extras. The cream and blue colours looked fabulous together and both the cut and the card quality were excellent. The photos are clear and just beautiful - very natural-looking on the card. Delivery was very quick. Overall, we are hugely impressed with the quality and excited to share these precious mementos of our daughter's birth with family and friends.

The design is great, the customer experience is a little shonky…
We chose this card, designed it, received the proof and happily ordered some cards. Despite paying a premium for quick delivery, they never showed up. Admittedly Rosemood offered to reprint and have them sent out to a second address (we had been on holiday in the U.K. at the time of the order) which was great… until the cards turned up without envelopes. Again, rosemood were great and sent out envelopes, but what should have been a nice in person card exchange on holiday has now cost us an additional 100chf or so in postage… so yeah, nice product but I won’t be ordering from you guys again as the customer experience wasn’t great.

In Print Baby Announcement
Not impressed. Expected more quality
The website interface is great to create the cards, user friendly and very professional. However I'm slightly disappointed with the sample I ordered.
-The picture resolution is not the same than in the paper samples I received, it does not look so sharp although the pictures I uploaded have high resolution.
-The trimmed edge at the paper looks irregular, which gives a poor quality feeling (like cut with scissors)
-I followed the advice of Rosemood graphic designers on using lighter pictures, as I was told it would look better when printed. Personally I'm not satisfied with the result so I would rather use the original pictures I uploaded

From what you describe, it sounds as though your card had escaped our stringent quality control procedures, and while we do everything we can to ensure the cards we produce are of the highest possible standard, sometimes, an errant card may make its way to you.

I designed and ordered some birth announcement cards through Rosemood after having had a mediocre experience with an other card design and printing website.
From the start, Rosemood website is really easy to use, has modern and clean designs. Then I was amazed by their customer service which is included without you asking for anything! After I designed my cards based on their templates and ordered them, they contacted me to suggest some amendments to improve the cards and make sure the prints would be perfect. What an amazing service. They could have taken my money without bothering but, no, their aim is to provide a proper service as if you were walking to a local printing shop.
I received great compliments from people I sent the cards to. I will definitely use Rosemood again. Thank you

Great Colors, very poetic
I had nothing but compliments about this card. The colours and layout are very nice and poetic. Perfect for my little baby girl. The smaller font is a little bit too small and I didn’t realise it first, but it gives a delicate touch. The recommandations for a few changes by the team were great and they really gave the photo a great look.

We are incredibly happy with the service and cards that we have received from Rosemood Atelier. Right from the ease in which you can select and customise a particular card, to the communication throughout the process and the final product. We had some pixelation issues with our photos and we were kept updated efficiently and given the appropriate steps for correction. It was reassuring that they took the care not to just print something that wouldn't meet their standards. Items were printed and delivered very quickly once we rectified that and are of great quality.
