Stunning cards, amazing quality.
I have used these cards for both of my daughters thank yous and both times I have absolutely loved them. The quality is amazing and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for lovely, bespoke cards.
Budding Branch Baby Thank You Card
Simply beautiful
We were after some lovely stationary to announce the birth of our son, Rupert. The result was absolutely beautiful - we've had so many compliments from friends and family on how lovely they were and it's a keepsake to cherish for years to come. We will certainly use Rosewood again for future occasions.

Design Nice but Very Slow
I really liked the design and quality, but I had ordered thank you cards for presents given to my newborn baby. I thought my baby was going to be 18 years old by the time the cards arrived. I made the order for samples on 3 June, and the process was so slow I only received the cards to send to people on 13 July. I think this was mainly down to very slow postage unfortunately.

Thank you for your feedback on our cards and service, we are happy to hear that the quality and design were to your liking, however, we apologise for the longer than expected wait. While this review is for our classic border design, I am aware that there was a gold-foiled card in your order, which can add to the processing time of your designs. I also realize that while we try our best to have all of our orders shipped out as quickly as possible, our shipping partner wasn't able to deliver your first order of samples, and in the interest of time, we had reprinted and re-shipped your samples - thus prolonging the timeline of your card ordering experience. While this is an unfortunate set of circumstances, we do try our best to be as efficient as possible. As we hadn't quite fulfilled our promise, one of our stationery experts will be in touch to find out how we might redeem ourselves.

We loved these delicate and elegant baby thank you cards with the option to add 2 pictures. We included a baby picture on page 2 and a family picture on the back page. We updated the message in the front and 3rd page. The Rosemood team were very helpful with helping me adjust the photos in the right format. We received lots of compliments on the cards and I will definitely use the company again.

I was really impressed when my cards arrived. The quality of the print is excellent, and the input from the team in terms of design was really valuable. We had lots of comments about how lovely the cards were, will definitely use Atelier Rosemood again.

Long delivery waiting time.
Our thank you cards took a month to arrive, I think because the reason being because the cards actually come from France, not the UK, like the company name leads you to believe and that we are in the middle of a world pandemic. The cards themselves are good quality and a lovely design, however i'd recommend going for a gloss finish, as the Matt finish that we has was a bit faded, although it still looked nice.

Beautiful, elegant stationery with excellent customer service
Website was very easy to use and provided a beautiful and wide choice of baby annnouncement cards which could be tailored to your bespoke needs. Excellent and efficient customer service provided by Colin online and on the telephone. Loved the online messaging board which was very useful given the bespoke elements of our order. We were able to double check the final design and message following requested changes and before print. We used the express delivery service and the cards arrived in a timely manner. The quality of the cards and print were of a very high standard. Will definitely use Rosemood again and recommend to friends.

Really good quality thank you cards, we left the back blank so I could write my own message on each one and it was very easy to amend the design online. Submitting the photographs was also straight forward, an unlike other companies who would just print your images without question, Rosemood contacted me to let me know some were too dark and wouldn’t print very well, allowing me the option to submit replacement photographs or to allow their designers to try and lighten the originals.
Delivery was quick and I was kept updated at every stage of the process.

First class from start to finish
Getting the cards right, with the right photos and in the right layout was a tricky task. We wanted to say thank you to all the people who had been so generous giving gifts after the birth of our son.
Atelier Rosemood, and Sandra in particular made this process so much easier than it could have otherwise been, they were always quick to respond to questions, they were patient and they offered honest and professional advice. I can't recommend them highly enough. We would like to say a big thank you to all the team for their work.
The cards we received are just perfect, exactly what we wanted and at a very reasonable price compared to others. When we have cards to produce in the future, I won't even be looking elsewhere, I'll be coming straight back to a personal service I trust.
