These cards feel really special and it's reassuring that the Rosemood team will check layout etc. to make sure it's perfect before printing. For £5 extra they made a small customisation to the template too. We've used various different Rosemood cards for each daughter's birth, christenings, thank yous etc. and keep coming back!

Beautiful design and great customer service
I absolutely loved my thankyou cards, the design blew my friends and family away and I loved the quality of the paper. The customer service team were super helpful, and quick to help me with my queries and pointed out suggestions to edit the wording and layout which I would not have spotted, the final design looked better than I could have imagined! I would definitely use again!
In Print Baby Thank You Card
Great design but poor quality in Matt finish
I loved the design and was impressed by the customer service after ordering as they suggested one of my photos was not high definition enough to use so I was able to change to a better image. Unfortunately when I received the cards I found the quality of image of the photos quite poor in the Matt finish I had selected. I don’t know if the gloss finish would be any better.

The design is beautiful, and looks very professional with excellent quality. I had an issue with my address and the customer services were fast and super friendly in helping me out! 10/10
My only issue with the design is that the date side (unless you know about it) can get missed!

Still not received
I’m shocked about the time delays in delivery of this item. I just checked tracking, it’s in French! It also shows that my order from the 6th March is still at stage one of delivery. My initial enquiry and initial acceptance of the changes made to my order was over a month ago. This was an expensive product and I feel like I’m passed it now and wish I hadn’t ordered. These are thank you cards for gifts received three months ago so I am disappointed sadly.

I can see that you had ordered on the 6th of March, reviewed our changes and sent your order off to print on Friday the 12th of March, and your cards were printed, cut and shipped over the following 2 working days. From there, your order has been following its outlined 3-5 working day delivery, until today, the 19th of March. We try to outline this shipping time when checking out, and on our shipping timeline here.
We understand that this can seem like a long process, but we try to treat your cards with all the care and attention to detail befitting your important occasion. Initial Baby Thank You Card
Lovely quality but over priced
Absolutely stunning quality however I was disappointed that the card was firstly not a folded card as I had selected in my ‘sort by’ criteria and the vellum was not attached to the card in anyway which seemed quite peculiar. A shame as the print quality, papers used and customer service for an additional item I asked for was fantastic but I would advise anyone else ordering to consider this. I have overcome it by purchasing a craft rivet applicator and added brushed copper effect rivets to the cards to attach the two pieces together.

Thank you for your feedback on our vellum 'Initial' design. I'm sorry to hear that your card arrived, and it wasn't quite as you'd hoped. Our vellum designs are comprised of two separate pieces, a backing card, and an opaque vellum layer that is designed to sit on top of this card. As you may have seen in the animated image available on the product page, this card is designed to be an interactive experience, and the ability to freely manipulate the two cards adds to the theatricality of receiving one of our vellum designs. Thank you for sharing your ideas regarding how they might best be attached if wanting to do so.
I've just simulated a filter for our folded card designs, and I wasn't able to find a vellum design when doing so from either our desktop or mobile site, so one of our stationery experts will be in touch to find out more, and to see how we might be able to improve our customer experience based on your feedback.

I purchased this thank you card to send to people after my daughter was born. During the pandemic I obviously couldn’t go anywhere to get them done. Having done some research and some searching of designs I fell in love with this template. It was very easy to edit, the finishing touches from the company’s end were flawless and so was the delivery. They came quickly from being shipped abroad at the quality is fantastic, from the card itself to the envelope. Would highly recommend this company and made an awful situation a little brighter.

Good quality product, disappointed with the size
I thought the design and quality of the product was good, however it was not obvious that I had ordered a mini size card. Therefore when they arrived they were a lot smaller than I had anticipated and I was really disappointed with them.

Elegant Foliage Baby Thank You Card
Stunning thank you cards
I spent a while looking for baby thank you cards which were a bit different when I stumbled across the rosemood website - it was exactly what I was looking for. Something original and high quality. Absolutely love the end result. I did order a sample which took over 6 weeks to arrive and was damaged in the post but the full order was printed and dispatched super quick as well as being carefully packaged.

My order happened just prior to lockdown (due to virus) and the company was in contact me through every step of the way to keep me updated with delivery. very disappointed
These were very expensive next to others i looked at but i loved them so was happy to spend the extra. When they came they were not a card. it’s just a single sheet with no fold. there is nowhere to write a personal message. i am so disappointed and now have to buy plain cards to put them in so i can write a message, so a total waste of money. I asked for a refund or preferably for proper cards to be sent out but they would not do either.

Excellent service- very thorough
The order took a long tine to get processed owing to the diligent quality control however it was worth the wait and I was really pleased with the end result. A couple of the photos I’d uploaded weren’t up to their recommended standard but I went with it as I wanted those specific pics and they were fine! A fantastic company. The only think I think would be useful would be if Rosemood could send a spare envelope with orders as I made a mistake on an address and therefore couldn’t use the card as I don’t have any envelopes that would do.

The design and layout is just perfect, however I was very disappointed when I opened them on delivery to find out just how small each card was and in particular how small the writing was. It was almost illegible.

The thank you cards we purchased are absolutely beautiful and we’re delighted with them.
The envelopes that came with them however don’t stick. Luckily we purchased the stickers, however even they sometimes don’t stop the envelope from opening.

I actually used these as thank you cards for my son's 5th birthday party, and was so pleased when I stumbled across this company after a google search. I wanted something chic, well made and a little bit different from the norm and Rosemood Atelier certainly didn't disappoint. When I made an error in the design their customer service could not have been better. They really care and I had the best online shopping experience I've had in a long time, it felt really personal. I used this design to create a bilingual birth announcement card for my son. The picture was taken on a phone so not the best quality but the team offered to retouch it to make it look as good as possible. The also better aligned the text in both languages so it looked more harmonious. The result was great and attracted lots of positive comments from the recipients.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Rosemood. I ordered some thank you cards as I have just had a baby and had a lot of people to thank. Being very sleep deprived, I had sent some images across that were poor quality. Rather than print them, they contacted me to let me know my options and what results I could expect if I chose to go ahead. I ended up sending some better images and am so grateful that they told me. They also helped me place the images and tweaked the text style so the template I chose looked as good as possible.
The communication was brilliant. They were very patient with me and I felt valued. I got updates throughout and got messages telling me when my cards would be delivered.
I feel Rosemood go above and beyond, putting quality and customer satisfaction first.
