I wanted something a little different instead of the standard baby thank you cards and this design was it. I was totally blown away by the quality of the finished product, completely perfect.

Absolutely incredible service and stunning product for really great value. Delivery is not the fastest but it is coming from France so this is to be expected and they very clearly show shipping times and I received it within this window so was not worried. Would highly recommend Rosemood to everyone I know and I've come back to order wedding thank you cards from them too as the quality is so fantastic.

Great service & beautiful cards at a good price
These cards feel really special and it's reassuring that the Rosemood team will check layout etc. to make sure it's perfect before printing. For £5 extra they made a small customisation to the template too. We've used various different Rosemood cards for each daughter's birth, christenings, thank yous etc. and keep coming back!

Simply beautiful
We were after some lovely stationary to announce the birth of our son, Rupert. The result was absolutely beautiful - we've had so many compliments from friends and family on how lovely they were and it's a keepsake to cherish for years to come. We will certainly use Rosewood again for future occasions.
Fable (Small) Baby Thank You Card
Lovely stationary but the cards were tiny.
The cards were half the size of a standard card and I wouldn’t have purchased them had I known this. This makes them very expensive for what they are.

Design Nice but Very Slow
I really liked the design and quality, but I had ordered thank you cards for presents given to my newborn baby. I thought my baby was going to be 18 years old by the time the cards arrived. I made the order for samples on 3 June, and the process was so slow I only received the cards to send to people on 13 July. I think this was mainly down to very slow postage unfortunately.

While this review is for our classic border design, I am aware that there was a gold-foiled card in your order, which can add to the processing time of your designs. I also realize that while we try our best to have all of our orders shipped out as quickly as possible, our shipping partner wasn't able to deliver your first order of samples, and in the interest of time, we had reprinted and re-shipped your samples - thus prolonging the timeline of your card ordering experience. While this is an unfortunate set of circumstances, we do try our best to be as efficient as possible. I absolutely loved my thankyou cards, the design blew my friends and family away and I loved the quality of the paper. The customer service team were super helpful, and quick to help me with my queries and pointed out suggestions to edit the wording and layout which I would not have spotted, the final design looked better than I could have imagined! In Print Baby Thank You Card
Great design but poor quality in Matt finish
I loved the design and was impressed by the customer service after ordering as they suggested one of my photos was not high definition enough to use so I was able to change to a better image. Unfortunately when I received the cards I found the quality of image of the photos quite poor in the Matt finish I had selected. I don’t know if the gloss finish would be any better.

The design is beautiful, and looks very professional with excellent quality. I had an issue with my address and the customer services were fast and super friendly in helping me out! 10/10
My only issue with the design is that the date side (unless you know about it) can get missed!

Still not received
I’m shocked about the time delays in delivery of this item. I just checked tracking, it’s in French! It also shows that my order from the 6th March is still at stage one of delivery. My initial enquiry and initial acceptance of the changes made to my order was over a month ago. This was an expensive product and I feel like I’m passed it now and wish I hadn’t ordered. These are thank you cards for gifts received three months ago so I am disappointed sadly.

I can see that you had ordered on the 6th of March, reviewed our changes and sent your order off to print on Friday the 12th of March, and your cards were printed, cut and shipped over the following 2 working days. From there, your order has been following its outlined 3-5 working day delivery, until today, the 19th of March. We try to outline this shipping time when checking out, and on our shipping timeline here.
We understand that this can seem like a long process, but we try to treat your cards with all the care and attention to detail befitting your important occasion. Really love the cards and got many compliments on them. The service was excellent, quick responses, perfect edits of the text and photos. Only thing was a bit tricky was to use the editing function on the website, to get fonts and sizes correct but this was edited perfectly by the Rosemood team.

Honestly worth the money. Very high quality thank you cards. Perfect as we couldn’t get a newborn photoshoot of my baby due to covid 19. Having done some research and some searching of designs I fell in love with this template. It was very easy to edit, the finishing touches from the company’s end were flawless and so was the delivery. They came quickly from being shipped abroad at the quality is fantastic, from the card itself to the envelope. Would highly recommend this company and made an awful situation a little brighter.
