Process took FAR too long. Hence I didn’t place order
Shame good designs- process took far far too long. Would be fine if you had weeks before wanting to get an invite out.

Thanks for ordering a sample card with us and sharing your thoughts.
We are disappointed that you were unhappy with the turnaround of your sample card, as we feel that your sample card arrived as promptly as possible. The only delay this order encountered was during the validation process, as we wanted to ensure that you were happy with the changes our graphic designers had made before printing.
We quote 7-10 working days as the turnaround for a paid order, and the only difference with our sample orders is that they are sent out via standard mail, rather than the tracked delivery that our paid orders are sent with.
