Slightly disappointed

I haven't ordered personalised stationery for many years, and couldn't remember where I had ordered it previously, so I picked your company from various ones online. I was expecting to be wowed because of the price, which is a lot higher than I have paid for a similar product in the past. Instead I think they are distinctly average. The cards are smaller than I expected, and the envelopes came sealed in plastic which I don't think conveys the image of a superior quality product. The postage was not quick, and then one colour of envelopes was missing (which has since been rectified).

Thanks for leaving a review, we appreciate your honest feedback. In this case we are disappointed that you were not completely satisfied with your note cards. 

 

We try to be as transparent as possible regarding the sizing of each individual product, with each product displaying its true size in centimetres, just next to the images on the corresponding web page. We have taken your feedback on board, and will look to see if there is a way we can improve on this. 

Our envelopes are wrapped in plastic for delivery, this is to ensure that the envelopes stay as protected as possible, and to avoid lots of loose envelopes and cards getting damaged during transit. We will continue to improve on this, as we look for innovative ways to reduce our carbon footprint and use less plastic.

 

With regard to our postage, we can only apologize that your cards did not arrive sooner, as we are based in France, postage can take anywhere between 2-5 days, dependent on whether you choose standard or express shipping for your order, and we feel that the 4 days required to deliver your cards represents a normal delivery time frame for a parcel to arrive in the UK from France using standard shipping.

First class product

The purchase, advice and product is first class. The only disappointment was that it didn’t arrive in time for Christmas as promised.

Despite your order being placed on the 20th of December, and thus being ineligible for our Guaranteed Christmas delivery deadline, we still did everything we could to get your order to you as soon as possible. We managed to proofread, optimize your layout, print, cut and ship your order by the 23rd.
