Absolutely beautiful
I will only leave a review if I am really happy. And here I am! I have purchased from Rosemood 3 times. A book for a friend's 30th, a hardback book for my wedding photos, and a hardback book for my Nans 80th. And each one of them have been absolutely beautiful. The website is so easy to use, it warns you if an image won't be great quality but there are always other options to chose from to make it better. It is packaged and dispatched really professionally and arrives in pristine condition.
Really happy with my purchases and my wedding photo book is something we will have forever!

Excellent product
I ordered this product for my daughter's 18th birthday. I wanted to make a big surprise for her This book arrived two days before my daughter's birthday, however two corners in two copies were damaged due to transportation. I notified the Atelier Rosemood and they were more than happy to replace the damaged copy. Although I was a little disappointed that I couldn't give a good copy of the book to my daughter on her birthday, she is happy with her book now as the replacement came 100% perfect.

Easy to create, beautiful photo book
I made a photobook for my partner's first father's day. It was a chance to pick out some favourites from the hundreds of photos I have of our son since he arrived and turn it into something beautiful and more meaningful. The app is excellent, with a young baby I had to return to the draft so many times to actually do it but changes were always saved and it was easy to use and pick up where I had left off. The quality of the book is fantastic and it arrived well packaged in plenty of time. Very pleased.

Fantastic quality and overall experience
Took a bit of a gamble using this company as I'd never heard of them before and had looked into all the usual alternative companies. Liked the look of their offerings so ordered a photo book of our wedding. Much preferred the user interface for creating the book compared to all the others I tried. Really easy to use and flexible control of the design. Ordering process was easy and there were shipping updates at every stage of the process. Fast delivery and very pleased with the overall quality. Pricing is very reasonable and on par with other companies. Overall very pleased and would definitely use again. Sometimes it pays to take a chance on an otherwise unknown company.

Really beautiful photo book
Really fantastic photo book, beautifully done. Modern design, and even the photos that weren't of a high resolution were printed well. Absolutely no complaints, I was really happy with it. The only down side in the UK is - if you buy a book over a certain value - the problem with customs fees. That didn't affect this purchase, but I think it's a sign of how impressed I am with Rosewood that I would still consider using them even for a more expensive book, I am so pleased with their beautiful work. The photo albums look and feel fantastic. However, until my order was placed and paid for, there was no mention of the product being made in France and thus would need to her shipped internationally and clear UK customs. This process took time (and the parcel had been opened by UK Border Control), which meant that the parcel delivery was delayed, which in turn means it was late as a birthday present.

The perfect wedding album
Such a beautiful, high quality wedding album, and the process was so simple from start to finish. I was very impressed with the level of contact during the printing process to ensure I was happy with the album before it was sent to final print. I had such a terrible experience with a rival company, but could not fault rosemood and have already been recommending them to others.

I chose Rosemood for our wedding album and I am so very happy I did. The quality is absolutely beautiful. The photo checking service included was impressive although we didn’t end up getting any feedback (all our wedding photos were professional). The finished album is just stunning and I will be using Rosemood again for family photo albums.

Book lovely photos less so
The construction of the book was excellent but I was expecting the images to have better resolution - I feel like there was little difference between this book and those offered inexpensively elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're glad to hear that the construction of your book was to your liking! Our artisans work very hard on the construction of your album, and we'll certainly feed this back to our team!
Regarding the resolution of your images, this is an element that is determined by the lighting conditions and camera used to take your photos. While our online editor verifies your images to highlight those that appear to have a lower than ideal DPI, this doesn't take into account the lighting elements that can affect the clarity of your images, and contribute to an overall sensation of 'low resolution'.
We apply an automatic retouching to the photos in the interior of your book, and this helps optimize your images for print, and alleviate some of the colouring that might deteriorate the quality of your images, however, there can be limitations imposed by the original images files for which we aren't able to compensate.

Great prints, quality paper
Being an amateur photographer I have lots of photos but never printed any. And given the joy that having a tangible print if your best photos brings I decided to try the quality of the prints using my 2 best astrophotography pictures. And they look so good, I am so pleased with the print and the paper quality is outstanding. I would definitely use this company again.
