Simple and Elegant
We were looking for a timeless design that didn't use curly hand written fonts and thought these fitted our style perfectly.
The gold foil adds a special something to the design.
Service and communication was great, we had a minor delay to our order but we were fully informed and there wasn't an issue when we enquired for more information.
We will be coming back for our wedding invitations and thank you cards for sure!!

We obtained a couple of samples and chose our favourite which was Thai design. We haven’t seen anything like this style before and we absolutely love it. The finish was great and the suggested edits from the team were welcome! A very quick turn around too!

I urgently need the 10 envelopes that are missing. I was sent one card and one envelope. I have waited over three weeks for this delivery and I am really disappointed. I need the missing envelopes URGENTLY!

Poor delivery service and tracking
If you live in Northern or Southern Ireland i wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company. The items are posted from france and the tracking is poor. My tracker says they tried to deliver 2 days ago (i was in all day) but weren’t able to and now the parcel is in my local pick up point... colissimo/la poste don’t have any local pick up points and i can’t find out where my parcel is. La poste website is mostly in French and hard to figure out. Rosemoods solution is to print and send again but I don’t think there’s any point as there is no guarantee it will arrive. I wouldn’t have ordered if i had known the parcel would be coming from France. They seem to blame it on the irish postal service but i live in the north/uk so there shouldn’t have been an issue if it was posted straight from england.

In order to make sure that we could get just what we were after in the incredible tight timelines we were working to I spoke to Customer Service (Colin) by phone and web chat. We did order samples so we could see different photos but then for the actual save the dates I wanted one on the photos lightened slightly- I included it in my comments and when it came it was PERFECT. Couldn't be happier with these save the dates. I feel like you get a really luxury product for a very reasonable price. The powder blue envelopes we got with these are beautiful and really add a special touch to the invite. We got the textured ivory card which is lovely. The staff at Rosemood were so accommodating when we wanted to slightly change the design of this invite and the cards arrived very carefully packaged. I think it's brilliant that you get a free sample as well so you can really see what you are ordering before you buy. We have had lots of compliments on these from our guests! Thank you!

We ordered these after originally trying to make our own save the dates to save money - however after realising these were only minimally more cost-wise we ordered some samples. When they came we loved the quality and designs, so put in our order. We couldn’t be happier with them! Beautiful colours, understated design (we hate the ostentatious wedding invites that are so fashionable) and fab paper quality. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!
