Pretty design but super slow
As rosemood doesn’t offer the option to provide customer comments on its own service I am required to leave it here. Shame for the designer as I have no issues with the design - if only I could get my hand on the actual cards which are taking an awfully long time to arrive. I placed the order ten days ago and currently they are somewhere in France, arrival day still unconfirmed and some way off... not great service from rosemood. Disappointed.

We explain on this page that it can take up to 3 days for each order to be carefully reviewed by our team of professional proofreaders and graphic designers to ensure that each and every design is typo-free and perfectly laid out. This process took 1 day for your order and our graphic designers did optimise the layout of your text.
We also note that printing and expediting can take 2 days with an additional 2 to 5 days required for all foil-stamped designs as we use an artisanal process with beautiful high-quality true foil being applied manually to each card using a vintage Heidelberg press. Printing, foil-stamping and expediting your order took 4 days out of the 4 to 7 days required.
Your order was dispatched on 7th June and as you selected our standard tracked shipping option which takes 3 to 5 days working days, it should arrive by this Friday, 14th June (as Monday 10th June was a bank holiday here in Nantes, France). After receiving an email from you, we offered to double check with our shipping partner to ensure a timely delivery and will certainly follow through with that promise. We do also offer an express shipping option which takes 2 to 3 working days.
While we are very sorry that this timeline has not met your expectations, we do choose to spend a few extra days verifying that each and every card we print is of the highest quality, free of typos and graphically well-balanced and harmonised with previous orders, a complimentary service which many of our customers do value. We are currently working on making this production and shipping timeline more visible to customers by adding it directly to each product's page so that everyone is very well informed before placing their order. We are so sorry that this was not clear to you at the time of placing your order.
