Rustic promise wedding invitation

Not what I had hoped for

Formatting was not as shown in the editing window. Also a requested change to the envelope colour was not carried out as requested. Too late to change now. Very disappointing.

One of our customer service representatives had requested a change of envelopes for you, and as this wasn't carried out successfully, we will investigate what happened to ensure this doesn't happen again.
