Changes are coming this summer!
What will change?
For months now, our technical team has been busy, working on a new specialized platform for our photo products. From the end of July, you will have access to our new editor, designed to improve your experience!
What will happen to my account and my former creations?
Your customer account will automatically move to our new platform. We will migrate your personal information (name, email address, order history).
Important : Your old drafts and creations will no longer be available.
Photos from your photo library will not move to the new platform. We recommend that you download them from the ‘my photos’ section in your account to reuse them in the future.
How can I download my old photo books? (format .pdf)
In order to download your old creations (as a PDF), log in to your account and in the “My Orders” tab, you can click on “order details” for your chosen book. From here, you’ll be able to download both your previous orders’ front cover and interior pages.
Why are you discontinuing your stationery collection?
We are adapting our platform and now wish to focus on creating the most beautiful photo products to print your greatest adventures in life.
I have a special offer code or a gift card. Can I use these on your new platform?
Certainly! Your promotional codes will remain valid on our website, with the same conditions (valid for a single order). If you have any concerns, please contact us.
