Does all my wedding stationery have to match?

Can I change the format of your wedding stationery?

Get in touch with our customer service team to find out whether or not it is possible to change the size of your wedding invitations and stationery to another existing format. Our proofreaders can check your text in English, French and German, but we would rely on you double checking your text for any other language. Our graphic designers would then harmonise the formatting across the two designs, making sure that the font and layout look the same.

Guest information cards

What are guest information cards?

Guest information cards are wedding invitation inserts that help you present all the finer details about your wedding day. Using guest information cards helps free up space on your wedding invitations and consolidates the important information in one place. They can be a great place to address whether or not children are invited to the wedding, and to give accommodation and flight options for destination weddings. They are designed in the same style as your wedding invitations and fit inside the same envelopes.

What should I include on my guest information cards?

  • Directions to your venue
  • Parking information
  • Transport options

Unfortunately, we are unable to print addresses to our envelopes, but if you want to get a head start you could always order your envelopes in advance, which would then be deducted from the price of your RSVP cards.

When should my RSVP deadline be?

Your RSVP details should normally be around 2 months before the wedding. It will, however, depend on when your wedding suppliers, such as your caterers and venue, need the final headcount. Set your RSVP details a few weeks before this cut off date so that you still have time to chase those that are yet to respond.

Wedding order of service booklets

Why can’t I personalise the inside pages of my wedding order of service booklets?

Usually, the inside pages would not be sufficient for you to include words to wedding hymns and all the details of the ceremony so our wedding order of service booklets are designed to enclose separate A4 paper inserts, that you can print at home. These will outline the key moments of your religious or civil wedding ceremony. We can, however, print text directly to the two inside-pages of the order of service booklets if required, for a one-off fee of £10. You can contact our friendly team to provide us with the text that you wish to add and to organise payment of the one-off surcharge.
