I never received my order, apparently it’s lost and nobody can help with The tracking. Really bad experience, I asked for a 100% refund.

Overall I was pleased but a proof would have been beneficial as the colouring was very faint on the front cover and I would have liked it in a darker bolder colour

We've taken note of your suggestion, and we'll explore the possibility of adding some darker, bolder colours to our soft cover album range. One of our stationery experts will also be in touch to investigate whether you're experiencing a printing fault. While they are few and far between, sometimes an album with a small fault slips through our fingers, and we'll be sure to rectify the issue if this is the case.

The book was a gift for my girlfriends birthday and she was thrilled with it and so was I for the most part - however a few of the images came out pretty grainy when it had showed that they were of high enough quality to be printed right.

We do try our best to identify images that may not print well, however, it is sometimes a challenge to catch them all. We do offer photo advice on our photo advice pages, and we also have an automatic check within our editor that verifies the size of your images, and our graphic designers check for any obvious signs of elements like graininess, all this in conjunction with the keen eyes of our customers! However, now and then, an album does escape our scrutinous gaze, and it appears as though your album may be one of these exceptions.

I should have ordered the hard-cover one. While the print quality is fine, the soft copy with the spine was bent, so is essentially damaged. Which is a shame, as it was a gift. It also was shipped from France so don’t think it’s coming from UK to a UK destination. It takes time.

Pages with gradient colours like the sky or anywhere where a colour fades into a darker or lighter shade, instead of a smooth colour transition, clear lines are visible separating the different colour shades. The text on the spine is way off center, which again is quite poor from an otherwise cool product.
