Information - Delivery partner update
All of our orders are printed and dispatched from our printing studio in Nantes, France and must now clear customs on arrival in the UK. Delivery times depend on the delivery method that you choose and whether or not it is necessary to pay customs charges (see below for more information). See the latest updates concerning the delivery of your parcel in your online account.

United Kingdom
All of our stationery and photo products are printed in our very own studio in Nantes, France. This means that parcels must clear customs on arrival in the UK. This will not affect the delivery of your order with standard deliveries taking 3-5 working days and express delivery 1-2 working days.
You may, however, be required to pay customs fees to the UK government before receiving your parcel if your order was worth more than £135 and you received a VAT reduction, so keep an eye out on your emails regarding your order to ensure your parcel can be delivered as quickly as possible.
