Don’t worry, once you have ordered your personalised stationery, our team will review the layout of your text and the quality of your photos to make sure that your personalised design is beautifully balanced and harmonious. We will do everything in our power to meet and exceed your expectations!

Once you have validated your final design, you can take your personalisation one step further, choosing from our different high-quality envelopes and paper types.

Our talented graphic designers can also make advanced personalised changes on request, so just ask if you would like to tweak one of our designs. Our customer service team will let you know if your desired changes are possible and if there will be a surcharge to cover the time it takes for the graphic designers to create the bespoke version of your stationery.

If a few tweaks would make one of our designs perfect for your wedding theme or wedding colour scheme, do not hesitate to ask! From changing the background colour to adding in a photo, our team of talented graphic designers can adapt some of our existing designs to fit your taste.

Look out for the custom colour logo next to our designs to know that we can adapt the colour of this card or invite free of charge! You just need to provide us with the HEX colour code for the exact shade you are looking for and our graphic designers will do the rest! 

No custom colour logo next to your design? Not to fear! We can adapt the colour of many other designs for a small surcharge. Simply, get in touch with our customer service team to discuss the feasibility of your request! 

Some other common adaptations include: adding a photo or a text block, moving a motif, changing the format or adding an image of your venue. 

We study each adaptation request closely and will then discuss an ensuing surcharge with you. This surcharge is designed to cover the extra time and care that our graphic designers put into creating a bespoke version of our stationery. Please note that this extra time will increase the processing time of your order, especially during peak periods.

Slip a custom map into your wedding invitations to help your guests find your venue with ease. You can choose between printing a map on the back of your personalised invitations or guest information cards or including them as an entirely separate card. Either way, we are more than happy to help!

Our guest information cards are spacious enough to include both your custom map as well as additional information such as the ceremony and reception venues’ exact addresses and potential accommodations. We make sure your map is in complete harmony with the style of your invitations by using the same fonts, colours and illustration style.
