When should I send out my save the date cards?
It is useful to send your save the date cards out at least 6 months before the wedding. You may want to send out your save the date cards even earlier if you are hosting a destination wedding or getting married during a peak season. It is important to give your guests as much notice as possible so that they have no excuse not to make it on the day! Sending your save the date cards out early will allow your guests plenty of time to book their weekend off and to organise transport, allowing them to grab those bargain flights!
