Corina Nika is a designer based on the Greek island of Kefalonia. She founded the Cocorrina design studio in 2012 and has since worked with brands and creatives all over the world. Corina studied as an interior architect and her love for type and graphics grew from the early stages of her studies. She began her career working freelance and has since collaborated with many top brands including Virgin, Elie Saab, Anthropolgie, Bando and Pimkie.
The Mediterranean sun and the warmth that it gives are a source of inspiration for Corina and the sounds that surround her when she closes her eyes also give rise to many new ideas. The moonlight dancing on the dark sea is often the starting point for her work and this vision sparks all her ideas and helps her bring them to life. Inspired by the sun, the moon and all the beauty of the earth her aesthetic style takes many forms. Corina prides herself on her attention to detail and always gives her work a personal and textured touch.
