Can I order a single sample card?

Before you place your full order, you can see your favourite design in print by ordering a single personalised copy. Every year, you are entitled to one free personalised copy of the product and design of your choice (excluding posters, notebooks, calendars, photo prints, photo books and stickers). To order your sample, simply personalise the design of your choice and select "1 Free Copy" as your desired quantity from the drop-down menu. Before your sample is printed at our studio, our team will proofread and retouch your creation with the same attention and care as if it were a full order of multiple copies. You will receive your sample a few working days after you have been notified of it leaving our printing studio. This way you can get a feel for the design, paper, text, layout and general finish of your cards/invitations before placing your full order. You can order further personalised samples for £3 per card, inclusive of delivery to the UK.

Can I have more than one sample card?

Every year, you are entitled to one free personalised copy of the product and design of your choice (excluding posters and stickers). Any additional samples are charged at £3, including delivery to the UK. To order your sample, simply personalise your chosen design and then select '1 Free Copy' (or '1 Copy' if a paid sample) as your desired quantity from the drop-down menu.

I received my free sample and would like to go ahead and order more copies, what do I do?

If you are happy with how your sample turned out, you can go ahead and place your full order directly via your online account. Simply go to 'My Account' and then 'My Orders' and then click on 'Order additional copies'. You will then be able to choose how many copies you require and the type of envelopes you would like to use. Your order will then be sent directly to print at our very own studio.

Can I order samples of your stationery?

If you wish to discover a range of designs and get a feel for our print quality and the different paper types available you can order a free sample pack. These are available for wedding and christening stationery and feature a range of non-personalised cards in a range of designs and formats. Order your sample pack here. Before you place your full order, you can also ensure that everything is perfect by ordering a single personalised copy of your favourite card or invitation. Will the photos on my cards/invitations be retouched?

All orders pass through the hands of our graphic designers before going to print. Our graphic designers will check the print quality of your photo based on the paper type you have chosen. Where possible they will adjust the brightness and contrast of your photo to guarantee a high print quality. If the designers have concerns about how your photo will look when printed, they may suggest that you try out another image. We will request your approval for any major retouches and will get in touch if we need to suggest changing a photo.

Will you proofread and edit my cards/invitations?

All orders are checked by our team of experienced proofreaders. They will correct any spelling mistakes or grammatical errors and may even make some suggestions for the rewording of your text. If they make any changes, your order will be made available for you to review and approval in your account, so please do keep an eye on your inbox for any important updates!

Can I receive the envelopes for my invitations/cards in advance?

In order to allow you to prepare your envelopes before the birth of your child or to anticipate the organisation of your wedding, we suggest you order them in advance, using our envelopes in advance page. Just make sure you select the right size envelope for the size/format of invitation you plan on ordering. The postage for the advance envelopes is £7. When you order your invitations, your advance envelopes will be partially reimbursed (excluding postage costs). When you choose the colour of your envelopes, simply tick the box "I already have my envelopes" to benefit from a discount of 10p per envelope.

How is the price of my invitations determined?

The price of your invitations/cards depends on their format, the number of pages and the paper type you choose. We also offer degressive pricing meaning the more copies your order, the lower the price per card/invitation. The price shown on the product page is the lowest possible price available for your selected format. You can calculate the price of your cards/invitations before placing your order, by using the drop-down menu on the product page. Here you can see all the prices based on the different paper types and the number of cards/invitations you wish to order. Please note that these prices include ivory or white envelopes but do not include shipping costs.

How much do my invitations/cards cost to post?

Your cards are eligible for post by any postal service currently operating in the UK and individual cards can be sent using a single second or first-class stamp. Please see the Royal Mail website for more information.

Where do I enter my personalisation code?

You can enter the advanced personalised code provided by one of our customer service representatives during the checkout process. Once your have finished personalising your design, click on 'Order' within the editing tool and progress to the page where you are prompted to selected a quantity of cards and a paper type. On the right-hand side of the page, you will see a small tick-box that says 'I have a personalisation code'. Tick this box and then add in your code. The information necessary to carry out your personalisation will be added to your order automatically, along with any supplementary fees, and you'll be provided with a digital proof of your changes as soon as our graphic designers have had the opportunity to make the bespoke changes you had requested.

Can I receive my invitations at two different addresses?

We cannot currently send cards or photo products directly to the lucky recipients. If you wish to send your cards to two separate addresses, you'd need to create two separate orders. There are a variety of ways to do this, including creating a copy of your drafted cards from the 'My Drafts' section of your account, or reordering cards that are currently printing. Feel free to contact our customer service representatives to find out more!

Can I order envelopes in different colours?

White or ivory envelopes are included with all orders, but you can choose to upgrade to coloured envelopes for 20p per envelope. If you would like to include envelopes in different colours in the same order, you will need to select the required quantity of envelopes in one colour when adding your cards or invitations to your basket, and then add envelopes in another colour to your basket separately using our 'Envelopes in advance' page.

How many envelopes are included with my order?

During the checkout process, you'll be able to select the number of envelopes you'd like to include in your order. Your order of invitations, RSVP cards or thank you cards will automatically include an envelope for every card or invitation you order, however you can add in extra envelopes for 10p each. Ivory or white envelopes are included in the price of your order as standard but you can choose to upgrade to coloured envelopes for 20p per envelope.

When should I send my baby announcement cards?

It is customary to send a baby announcement card 2 weeks to 6 months after the birth of your baby. You have a bit of time up your sleeve to prepare this very important message.

Will you proofread and retouch my photo book?

The price of your photo book includes a free proofreading check (for up to 500 words), along with a free review from our graphic design team. Our proofreading team will check over your text for any errors. Your photos will be optimised for printing automatically in line with our printers and their specific settings. If your photo book contains more than 500 words, only the cover will be checked by our team. You can opt into our retouching and proofreading services during checkout.

Will the photos in my calendar be retouched?

The photos of your calendar will be automatically optimised for printing according to our printers and their specific settings. If you would like to opt out of this service, you will find a tick box that will enable you to do so during check out.

Will the photos on my photo prints be retouched?

The photos of your photo prints will be automatically optimised for printing with our printers and their specific settings. If you would like to opt out of this service, you will find a tick box that will enable you to do so during check out.

Can I change the format or size of my photo book?

It is possible to change the size, format or type of any photo book you have started creating. Simply save your draft and then head over to the 'My Drafts' section of your account. You then need to find the photo book which you would like to change and then click on the 'Change the format or cover design' button. Please note that this will create a new draft of your photo book in the new format or size and your original draft will still be available in your account.

Where can I see other customers' reviews?

If you have fallen in love with one of our products, you can read the reviews of other customers directly on the page of the design in question. Just scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see the reviews directly!

How do I add more products to my basket?

When you are placing your order, you can click on 'Continue shopping' to add other products to your basket. Once your basket is complete, you can click on "Confirm my order" to finalise and pay for your order.

Do you offer any promotional codes?

We offer very few promotional codes as our prices are calculated as fairly as possible all year round. However, don't hesitate to subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know about upcoming promotions on the website and to receive surprise codes!

Do you offer international delivery?

Of course! We ship your beautiful creations, from our workshop in Nantes, to almost anywhere in the world!

Is the online payment secure?

Your online payments are made by credit card. We accept MasterCard and Visa. When you enter your bank details, you will be transferred to a secure payment page. Please note that we use a 128-bit SSL certificate for the transmission of your data. Therefore, your credit card details will be transferred directly to the payment provider of the credit card company. In addition, we do not store any bank details.

Do you have a loyalty programme?

Our loyalty program is currently being created but if you are a returning customer, we would be delighted to thank you for your loyalty! Contact our customer service to find out more or to let us know what you would like to see in a loyalty program.

Can I order my baby announcement cards before my baby is born?

You can certainly do so. Please note in the special instructions box that your baby isn't born yet and we will pause your order until the happy event occurs. Once your baby is born, we will activate your order and give you the opportunity to fill in the last details such as date, weight or pictures.

Do I have to order a minimum number of my product?

You may order a sample card of your creation. As soon as you place your main order, we do require a minimum of 5 examples or a minimum of 10 examples for our foiled creations. Then, you can increase the number of your cards by 5.

Please note that all of our personalised stickers are sold in sheets of 8 or 10. 

Can I print a design that I created at home?

We do not currently offer a service for printing designs that you have created yourself. We prefer to print designs created by our team of talented internal and external designs to fit with current trends and to preserve the Rosemood style. However, we can make bespoke changes to existing designs in our catalogue. Contact our customer service to find out more.

Is it possible to modify a design on your website (change the colour, add a photo etc.)?

We will try to do everything we can to make sure that your cards or invitations are exactly what you are looking for. If you wish to adapt one of our existing designs (changing the colour, changing the format, adding a text or photo zone, deleting a motif), it is possible for many of our designs!

Our customer service team will see to what extent your requested changes are possible and then explain how to proceed. Please note that many of these bespoke requests incur a small surcharge to cover the time that it takes our graphic designs to adapt our existing designs to meet your needs. 

Once we receive your order and the instructions for adapting the design, our graphic designers will go ahead and create a bespoke version of your favourite card or invitation and you will be asked to approve their new version before it goes to print.

How can I order cards or invitations in two different languages or with two different texts?

If you wish to print multiple versions of your cards or invitations with different photos or invitations, you can do so via the drafts section of your account. Simple save a draft of the first version of your creation then go into 'My Account' / 'My Drafts'. Here you will be able to click on 'duplicate' to be able to create a second copy of your card or invitation that you can then personalise with the new text or text in a second language. You can then add these products to your basket.

Are coloured envelopes included?

Our white, ivory or recycled paper envelopes are included in the price of our cards and invitations. You will be prompted to add these when placing your order. At this stage you can choose to upgrade to coloured envelopes for a small surcharge of 20p per envelope. 


Can I order extra envelopes for my cards or invitations?

When placing your order, you will be prompted to select the colour and the quantity of envelopes that you require. You will be able to add in more envelopes that you have cards or invitations, in case you want spares for address changes or errors. Each additional white, ivory or recycled paper envelope costs 10p, with extra coloured envelopes costing 20p per envelope.

How to you treat my personal data/information?

All personal data is handled in line with the relevant legislation. We will only use your information to contact you regarding your order or so as to deliver your order to the address provided. You can choose to opt into further communications via newsletters. For more information, please take a look at our privacy policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your order via debit or credit card. We accept Master Card and Visa. You can also get in touch with our customer service team if you would prefer to pay via bank transfer.

I have a promotional code, how can I use it?

You can enter your promotional code during checkout. After choosing your delivery method, you will see the option 'I have a promotional code'. Tick this box and then type out your promotional code in the box. The price of your order will be adjusted immediately to reflect the relevant discount.

Are the delivery costs included in the price?

Delivery costs are not included in the prices shown on the product pages. Delivery is added during checkout and you can choose from standard or express delivery. The cost of delivery depends on the country of destination but UK delivery costs £7 for standard delivery and £12 for express delivery

How much does delivery cost for photo prints?

Regardless of the number of photo prints you order, standard tracked delivery to the UK costs £7.90 and express tracked delivery costs £14.90. Delivery costs to other countries can be found on our shipping timeline.

How much does delivery cost for personalised notebooks?

How much does delivery cost for calendars?

How much does delivery cost for photo books?

How long does delivery to the UK take?

Standard delivery to the UK takes 3-5 working days. This time includes customs processing times. If your order is worth more than £135, you will be asked to pay VAT and a customs handling fee before your parcel can be delivered, so customs clearance can take a few days. 

Does Brexit affect the delivery of your order?

All parcels sent from our French printing studio must clear customs before they can be delivered, this should not impact the timing of the delivery of your products for orders under £135 where no customs charges apply.

However, if your order is worth more than £135, you will be asked to pay a customs handling fee and VAT before your parcel can be delivered so the courier service will be in touch with you via letter, SMS or email to request payment. Please note, that this may extend the average delivery time. 

We will notify you as soon as we hand your parcel over to the courier service and you will be able to track your parcel every step of the way!

Do you need to pay VAT and customs charges?

The rules regarding payment of VAT have changed for goods arriving into the UK from France and depend on the value of your order. This does not change the overall price of your order, simply whether you pay the 20% VAT directly to Rosemood when placing your order or to HM Revenues & Customs when your order arrives in the UK. 

Orders under £135:  VAT is paid when placing your order. You pay the price indicated on the website. No customs fees apply.

Orders over £135: You will receive a 20% VAT reduction on the total price of your order, but you will, however, be required to pay the VAT directly to HM Revenues & Customs when your parcel arrives in the UK.You will also be required to pay a £12 customs handling fee. 

Orders over £873: You will receive a 20% VAT reduction on the total price of your order, but you will, however, be required to pay the VAT directly to HM Revenues & Customs when your parcel arrives in the UK.You will also be required to pay a £25 customs handling fee. 

You will be required to pay any relevant fees before your parcel can be delivered. For standard deliveries, you will be sent a letter in the post with details on how to pay the VAT and any handling fees. For express deliveries, this request for payment will be sent via SMS or email.
