How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once you have placed your order on our website, it can take between 1-3 working days to check your order before it begins. Our team proofreads your order, retouches your photos and harmonises your layout when you opt in for these checks when you place your order. Your designs will then be printed the next working day and sent out the following day. Gold foiled designs can take up to 3 extra days due to the artisanal hot foil stamping process. Depending on the delivery method you have chosen, you will then receive your order within 2-6 working days. In total, it takes 8 to 11 working days from the moment you place your order to the moment you receive your package. This time may vary slightly depending on whether our proofreading team or graphic designers need to ask you to approve any significant adjustments to your creation or if you have any special requests for your order. In any case, be sure to check your emails regularly, as our team sometimes needs to contact you to continue processing your order. Please note that processing and delivery times may be longer during peak periods (i.e. around Christmas).

Is there anything you can do to speed up the processing and delivery of my order?

As part of our promise to guarantee products of the highest quality, all orders are checked by our proofreaders and graphic designers before being printed with the utmost care and attention at our printing studio. It's for this reason that we are currently unable to offer a prioritised production service. You can, however, choose to speed up the delivery of your order by selecting our express shipping method. When in doubt about your timeline, please let us know by contacting our customer service team, and we'll do everything we can to help you get your photo products to you as soon as possible.

What can I do if I have still not received my cards after the estimated delivery date?

Upon dispatch, you'll recieve a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this to follow your parcel in real-time via the website of our delivery partners (you can also try tracking your parcel with our UK partners Parcel Force or FedEx). If you have not received your parcel, and your estimated delivery date (production+delivery estimation) has passed, please check the courier's website for details. If no information is available via the tracking website, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team, who will do everything they can to help locate your parcel.

How long will it take to receive my photo book?

Once you submit your order, it will be proofread, reviewed and retouched by our graphic design team and then sent off to our atelier to be printed and bound. This process can take up to 7 days depending on the type of photo book that you have ordered. We will let you know once your photo book leaves our printing studio in Nantes, France and delivery will then take 1-6 working days, depending on the delivery method that you have chosen. In total, it takes 8 to 13 working days from the moment you place your order to the moment you receive your package, and you will be provided with an estimated delivery date during checkout. Production and delivery of an order consisting exclusively of photo prints takes 5-7 working days. Once you submit your order, it will be proofread, reviewed and retouched by our graphic design team and then sent to our printing atelier here in Nantes, France to be printed, cut and then shipped. Depending on your choice of shipping, delivery will take 1-6 working days. This time may vary slightly depending on whether or not our proofreading team or graphic designers need to ask you to approve any significant adjustments to your creation or if you have any special requests for your order.
