The design is great, the customer experience is a little shonky…
We chose this card, designed it, received the proof and happily ordered some cards. Despite paying a premium for quick delivery, they never showed up. Admittedly Rosemood offered to reprint and have them sent out to a second address (we had been on holiday in the U.K. at the time of the order) which was great… until the cards turned up without envelopes. Again, rosemood were great and sent out envelopes, but what should have been a nice in person card exchange on holiday has now cost us an additional 100chf or so in postage… so yeah, nice product but I won’t be ordering from you guys again as the customer experience wasn’t great.

Found it really easy to personalise the card. Then had great feedback from the designer who had a couple of suggestions to make it work a little better.
