I was really happy with the design we chose. I adapted the writing to have my baby’s name and birth date on the front and had a thank you message inside the card. The Rosemood designers made sure our photo looked as good as possible and the quality of the finished card was excellent. I’ve had lots of compliments from recipients.

Really good quality thank you cards, we left the back blank so I could write my own message on each one and it was very easy to amend the design online. Submitting the photographs was also straight forward, an unlike other companies who would just print your images without question, Rosemood contacted me to let me know some were too dark and wouldn’t print very well, allowing me the option to submit replacement photographs or to allow their designers to try and lighten the originals.
Delivery was quick and I was kept updated at every stage of the process.

I used this design to create a bilingual birth announcement card for my son. The picture was taken on a phone so not the best quality but the team offered to retouch it to make it look as good as possible. The also better aligned the text in both languages so it looked more harmonious. The result was great and attracted lots of positive comments from the recipients.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Rosemood. I ordered some thank you cards as I have just had a baby and had a lot of people to thank. Being very sleep deprived, I had sent some images across that were poor quality. Rather than print them, they contacted me to let me know my options and what results I could expect if I chose to go ahead. I ended up sending some better images and am so grateful that they told me. They also helped me place the images and tweaked the text style so the template I chose looked as good as possible.
The communication was brilliant. They were very patient with me and I felt valued. I got updates throughout and got messages telling me when my cards would be delivered.
I feel Rosemood go above and beyond, putting quality and customer satisfaction first.

Rosemood has such a wide range of beautiful cards that it was hard to pick one! I'm a lover of florals though so this one was perfect, I was also able to customise this to include the names and photos of my twins which was excellent! The service was excellent from the communication and editing, to speedy delivery. I've used Rosemood again for my wedding invites and will definitely be back again and recommending to others! After submitting my order, the editing team made a few subtle changes to improve the design for us to approve - an easy process and we were kept informed throughout!

Fabulous - high quality cards with excellent customer service!
I had been looking for good quality thank you cards at a reasonable price for a while when I was recommended Rosemood. I found a design I liked and uploaded and edited the photos from my smartphone, which was surprisingly easy & user-friendly.
I then got a message the day after from Rosemood saying their graphic designers were suggesting I might want to switch out a few photos as the colouring or lighting was poor. Most companies wouldn’t care what photos I’d uploaded so I was pleasantly surprised that they had taken the time to vet them and suggest changes to ensure the card was the best it could be.
They look great! I’m really happy and very happy to recommend them to others. I will definitely be using them again!!

Getting the cards right, with the right photos and in the right layout was a tricky task. We wanted to say thank you to all the people who had been so generous giving gifts after the birth of our son.
Atelier Rosemood, and Sandra in particular made this process so much easier than it could have otherwise been, they were always quick to respond to questions, they were patient and they offered honest and professional advice. I can't recommend them highly enough. We would like to say a big thank you to all the team for their work.
The cards we received are just perfect, exactly what we wanted and at a very reasonable price compared to others. When we have cards to produce in the future, I won't even be looking elsewhere, I'll be coming straight back to a personal service I trust.
