What can I do if I have still not received my cards after the estimated delivery date?
Upon dispatch, you'll recieve a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this to follow your parcel in real-time via the website of our delivery partners (you can also try tracking your parcel with our UK partners Parcel Force or FedEx). If you have not received your parcel, and your estimated delivery date (production+delivery estimation) has passed, please check the courier's website for details. If no information is available via the tracking website, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team, who will do everything they can to help locate your parcel.
