Good quality product, disappointed with the size
I thought the design and quality of the product was good, however it was not obvious that I had ordered a mini size card. Therefore when they arrived they were a lot smaller than I had anticipated and I was really disappointed with them.

Long delivery waiting time.
Our thank you cards took a month to arrive, I think because the reason being because the cards actually come from France, not the UK, like the company name leads you to believe and that we are in the middle of a world pandemic. The cards themselves are good quality and a lovely design, however i'd recommend going for a gloss finish, as the Matt finish that we has was a bit faded, although it still looked nice.

Stunning thank you cards
I spent a while looking for baby thank you cards which were a bit different when I stumbled across the rosemood website - it was exactly what I was looking for. Something original and high quality. Absolutely love the end result. I did order a sample which took over 6 weeks to arrive and was damaged in the post but the full order was printed and dispatched super quick as well as being carefully packaged.

Safari Baby Thank You Card
very disappointed
These were very expensive next to others i looked at but i loved them so was happy to spend the extra. When they came they were not a card. it’s just a single sheet with no fold. there is nowhere to write a personal message. i am so disappointed and now have to buy plain cards to put them in so i can write a message, so a total waste of money. I asked for a refund or preferably for proper cards to be sent out but they would not do either.

From start to finish the service was amazing! I had trouble accessing the website due to my internet connection and when I contacted the team they helped me with my order straight away. Excellent service- very thorough
The order took a long tine to get processed owing to the diligent quality control however it was worth the wait and I was really pleased with the end result. A couple of the photos I’d uploaded weren’t up to their recommended standard but I went with it as I wanted those specific pics and they were fine! A fantastic company. The only think I think would be useful would be if Rosemood could send a spare envelope with orders as I made a mistake on an address and therefore couldn’t use the card as I don’t have any envelopes that would do.

Lovely design but expensive and disappointed with size
The design and layout is just perfect, however I was very disappointed when I opened them on delivery to find out just how small each card was and in particular how small the writing was. It was almost illegible.
These are expensive cars and I would have expected more for the money

The product sizing, as well as the fact that it is part of the miniature range is labelled on the product page, but we understand that this may be difficult to spot when browsing through the information and can be easily missed.

The thank you cards we purchased are absolutely beautiful and we’re delighted with them.
The envelopes that came with them however don’t stick. Luckily we purchased the stickers, however even they sometimes don’t stop the envelope from opening.

Design and print of thank you cards for gifts received for our new son, Charlie.
The experience was great from start to finish, I had been looking for site for a while but none really suited the style we wanted (which is why it took about 15 weeks to get our thank you cards out!). There were so many lovely designs to choose from, your design system was easy to use and an excellent touch was that the design was reviewed and I received feedback on the quality of the pictures - one of the images we used wasn't quite right so I replaced it. Finally, the quality was excellent and we were thrilled with the end result - as well as the turn around time. I have recommended you to my future sister in law, Rachael Thomas who has ordered her wedding invitations and my sister Elizabeth Nguyen who will be ordering invitations (christening/1st birthday). Thank you so much - although we have ran out and need to order more!

I actually used these as thank you cards for my son's 5th birthday party, and was so pleased when I stumbled across this company after a google search. I wanted something chic, well made and a little bit different from the norm and Rosemood Atelier certainly didn't disappoint. When I made an error in the design their customer service could not have been better. They really care and I had the best online shopping experience I've had in a long time, it felt really personal. When the cards arrived I couldn't have been happier with them. They are beautiful. Highly recommend.

Website was very easy to use and provided a beautiful and wide choice of baby annnouncement cards which could be tailored to your bespoke needs. Excellent and efficient customer service provided by Colin online and on the telephone. Loved the online messaging board which was very useful given the bespoke elements of our order. We were able to double check the final design and message following requested changes and before print. We used the express delivery service and the cards arrived in a timely manner. The quality of the cards and print were of a very high standard. Will definitely use Rosemood again and recommend to friends.

Really good quality thank you cards, we left the back blank so I could write my own message on each one and it was very easy to amend the design online. Submitting the photographs was also straight forward, an unlike other companies who would just print your images without question, Rosemood contacted me to let me know some were too dark and wouldn’t print very well, allowing me the option to submit replacement photographs or to allow their designers to try and lighten the originals.
Delivery was quick and I was kept updated at every stage of the process.

I used this design to create a bilingual birth announcement card for my son. The picture was taken on a phone so not the best quality but the team offered to retouch it to make it look as good as possible. The also better aligned the text in both languages so it looked more harmonious. The result was great and attracted lots of positive comments from the recipients.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Rosemood. I ordered some thank you cards as I have just had a baby and had a lot of people to thank. Being very sleep deprived, I had sent some images across that were poor quality. Rather than print them, they contacted me to let me know my options and what results I could expect if I chose to go ahead. I ended up sending some better images and am so grateful that they told me. They also helped me place the images and tweaked the text style so the template I chose looked as good as possible.
The communication was brilliant. They were very patient with me and I felt valued. I got updates throughout and got messages telling me when my cards would be delivered.
I feel Rosemood go above and beyond, putting quality and customer satisfaction first.

Rosemood has such a wide range of beautiful cards that it was hard to pick one! I'm a lover of florals though so this one was perfect, I was also able to customise this to include the names and photos of my twins which was excellent! The service was excellent from the communication and editing, to speedy delivery. I've used Rosemood again for my wedding invites and will definitely be back again and recommending to others!
