Frustrating
Used Rosewood on two occasions and can't fault the quality, however on both occasions the delivery took over 2 weeks,

Thank you for posting your feedback, it is always a great chance to have the possibility of improving ourselves based on our different customers' experience.
After reviewing your different orders, we can see that each time your orders were sent with Global mail as they were considered as single letters. This is often the case when our customers order either a free personalised sample with us or just a few cards.
We are afraid that for these specific orders, the postage takes longer than for parcels. Indeed, as advertised on our website, we do count up to 6 working days between the moment our letters are dispatched and the moment our UK customers recevie them. This in addition to the printing stage, can very much feel like two weeks all together.
We are sorry that this overall shipping delay was not up to your expectations. As we work with artisanal machines and are based in France, we would recommend to place a bigger order with us in the future if you have a specific date in mind so that we can track your parcel more easily via our standard or express shipping options.

I have used Rosemood for a number of party invitations......the stationery is beautiful....and the customer service is superb. On my latest order there was an issue with shipping (which was not Rosemood's fault).....I informed them of the problem and they went over and above to help resolve the issue to ensure that my stationery was with me as soon as possible. Excellent - a top quality product with proper customer service! So refreshing to deal with a company that does what it says, when it says. Thoroughly recommend.
