After weeks trawling online I eventually found the perfect invitations on Rosemood. The design is great & just a little bit different from anything else I’d seen before. Website is easy to navigate & the facility of a free sample was invaluable. Invites arrived very promptly & I’m delighted with them.

We are disappointed that you were unhappy with the turnaround of your sample card, as we feel that your sample card arrived as promptly as possible. The only delay this order encountered was during the validation process, as we wanted to ensure that you were happy with the changes our graphic designers had made before printing.
We quote 7-10 working days as the turnaround for a paid order, and the only difference with our sample orders is that they are sent out via standard mail, rather than the tracked delivery that our paid orders are sent with.
