Product delayed and then not delivered
Product never arrived. Was due before Christmas. Still no delivery even though stated it’s been delivered. Very poor service - disappointing

Lovely card choices with further paper finish choices. I chose Morning Snowfall and it looked as good in real life as it did on the web. Quick delivery too. I'll use Rosemood again.

Panoramic Christmas Card
Colour printing quality and customer service excellent; paper quality disappointing
I ordered thirty of the panoramic single-sided Christmas cards. The turnaround time was impressive and the customer service friendly and helpful. The cards arrived today - whilst I was impressed with the colour printing (sharper and better definition than Papier which I have used a number of times previously), the quality of the card stock is really disappointing - it is thin and flimsy compared to relatively thick, good quality envelopes. They are thinner than a standard postcard and as they are single sided I imagine that the cards will not fare well in the post. On balance, I think I prefer the overall look and feel of Papier’s printed goods. If Rosemood good scale up the quality of the card, I would definitely keep coming back! Such a pity as I had really high hopes for Rosemood and they just haven’t quite met expectation this time.

We do have a range of papers on offer, and it may be the case that we just haven't found the right card stock for your needs. I ordered these Christmas cards because I loved the idea of adding family photos to the inside of the card. I was so impressed with the Rosemood team - they edited my photos, improved the appearance of my message and even corrected my spelling! The cards look lovely and we'll definitely be ordering from you again next year!

Every step after that was easy as well- submitting my order, approving recommended edits, and receiving the product in the time it was promised.

Could be better....
The design was gorgeous, however the print was not a high reposition and unfortunately, there was one out of focus card in each batch. Rendering them unusable, sadly. You may want to look into that.
Also, would be wonderful to have a choice on paper stock, as some of us do prefer thicker paper.
Otherwise, lovely company and designs.

I very much like the design of this card, and the fact it opens and the photo can be added on the top flap.
Though it would be much appreciated to be able to chose an even better paper quality and maybe have the option to get liners for the enveloppes.
