Dreadful

Never turned up and never sent replacements. A time sensitive gift that Rosemood did nothing to help with

I can appreciate your frustration, as Hermes had been unable to deliver your parcel in the first instance. After communications, we discovered that this was due to some missing information in your address, as communicated with you in a series of emails. As a gesture to aid with this, we had offered a reprint free of charge, however, this wasn't your preferred solution. We had continued to exchange with you regarding your desired way forward; we had agreed to move forward with a solution proposed by you.

We realise that this experience wasn't perfect, and while we try to have every order delivered pain-free and in tip-top condition, we know that sometimes issues arise, and we are always there to help. It was our understanding that we had continued in a manner that suited your needs, however, this doesn't seem to be the case. We'll reach back out to confirm how you'd like to move forward, and we appreciate the feedback.
