I'm very happy with this design. The quality of the print was beautiful. I chose silk paper which had 'glossy' finish on the outside and matte finish on the inside. Customer service was very helpful. I would recommend to order your free sample first.

Printing errors
I ordered these for our wedding thank you cards, but sadly there were printing problems all over. The middle strips were off center and very noticeably off, and the resolution of the photos was not the quality I expected, with the faces of a group photo blurred out and distorted.

Everlasting Eucalyptus Wedding Thank You Card
The card was great but Album Photo was not satisfactory
I think the card was great! I especially appreciate the proofreading services you provided and your colleague made the design better.
However, the 4 "Premium Photo Prints" really caught me off guard. I didn't know at all that they are printed on paper, instead of on "real" photo paper. I think the product description was misleading and it really doesn't worth the name "premium".

The site was super easy to use and the quality of the products are amazing! Super happy with our product. the print is really good. Took a while longer to "touch up" in editing but that's understandable due to COVID-19 and they did make me aware on email when I placed my order so I really can't fault them at all! Everything was perfect and delivered in a very well packed package so there was no damage.

Good experience, nice design but print looked a bit cheap
I liked the unique design on screen but in reality the pictures are quite small and when inserted into the other card the top bit gets a bit cut off. The process of creating it was easy but when I received it I though the quality looked a bit cheap. Perhaps I should have got glossy finish instead of matt.

Pretty design but super slow
As rosemood doesn’t offer the option to provide customer comments on its own service I am required to leave it here. Shame for the designer as I have no issues with the design - if only I could get my hand on the actual cards which are taking an awfully long time to arrive. I placed the order ten days ago and currently they are somewhere in France, arrival day still unconfirmed and some way off... not great service from rosemood. Disappointed.

We explain on this page that it can take up to 3 days for each order to be carefully reviewed by our team of professional proofreaders and graphic designers to ensure that each and every design is typo-free and perfectly laid out. This process took 1 day for your order and our graphic designers did optimise the layout of your text.
We also note that printing and expediting can take 2 days with an additional 2 to 5 days required for all foil-stamped designs as we use an artisanal process with beautiful high-quality true foil being applied manually to each card using a vintage Heidelberg press. Printing, foil-stamping and expediting your order took 4 days out of the 4 to 7 days required.
Your order was dispatched on 7th June and as you selected our standard tracked shipping option which takes 3 to 5 days working days, it should arrive by this Friday, 14th June (as Monday 10th June was a bank holiday here in Nantes, France). After receiving an email from you, we offered to double check with our shipping partner to ensure a timely delivery and will certainly follow through with that promise. We do also offer an express shipping option which takes 2 to 3 working days.
While we are very sorry that this timeline has not met your expectations, we do choose to spend a few extra days verifying that each and every card we print is of the highest quality, free of typos and graphically well-balanced and harmonised with previous orders, a complimentary service which many of our customers do value. We are currently working on making this production and shipping timeline more visible to customers by adding it directly to each product's page so that everyone is very well informed before placing their order. We are so sorry that this was not clear to you at the time of placing your order.

Classy and professional looking cards, with a brilliant personal feeling service. One of my photos wouldn't centre properly in the editing tool, during the quality control phase they picked up on it and centred it for me. Very impressed!

Simple and beautiful
We love this design as we were able to choose one of our favourite photos from the wedding. The card was simple and not over-the-top. We opted to remove the default note at the back but wrote our personal messages instead. The gold heart foil was also a very cute touch. Our friends and family said it was a lovely thank you card and a lovely reminder of our special day.

Everyone commented on the high gsm card and envelope.
