I can appreciate your frustration, as Hermes had been unable to deliver your parcel in the first instance. After communications, we discovered that this was due to some missing information in your address, as communicated with you in a series of emails. As a gesture to aid with this, we had offered a reprint free of charge, however, this wasn't your preferred solution. We had continued to exchange with you regarding your desired way forward; we had agreed to move forward with a solution proposed by you.
We realise that this experience wasn't perfect, and while we try to have every order delivered pain-free and in tip-top condition, we know that sometimes issues arise, and we are always there to help. It was our understanding that we had continued in a manner that suited your needs, however, this doesn't seem to be the case. We'll reach back out to confirm how you'd like to move forward, and we appreciate the feedback.

We used Rosemood for our wedding stationery and they were so good, we came back to do our thank-you cards. Some lovely variety in designs, and the one we chose was really good quality. The photos were really easy to slot in and looked great in print. I especially liked it that we could put our own photo on the stickers for the back of the envelope. Very efficient, and good quality. I always feel we are in good hands with Rosemood.

We ordered a sample of the photo strip bookmark and followed this with an order for 50. Really lovely design and good quality. We initially had a slight issue with our order following the sample in that the 'slots' to hold the photo strip had not been cut into the design. I cannot fault the company in dealing with this, they called and emailed me straight away and resent the designs via recorded express delivery without the need to send the first order back, and without any additional cost. We are very happy with the finished product at would 100% recommend!
