We wanted very simple and chic post wedding party invitations and found them at Rosemood atelier. It was super easy to design them on their website and the print looked just like what we wanted. The communication with their customer services was easy and straight forward. Overall, we are very happy choosing Rosemood atelier!

We absolutely love our wedding invitations! We used one of the designs where you can upload your own photos- and the result was stunning - the colours were true to the originals and the final creation was everything and more that we could have hoped for. Though I designed the invitation in early January, by the time I ordered we were in full lockdown due to coronavirus, yet our invitations arrived in approximately 10 days - quite amazing that you managed it and so lovely to have our beautiful invitations that cheered up our family and friends. I liked the simplicity of this design, its young and modern. I really didn't want flowers and hearts all over place (its just not us!) ordered a sample which arrived, and meant that I could see the quality of printing. Will change the colour of the font around and make a few tweaks before placing the final order.

Formatting was not as shown in the editing window. Also a requested change to the envelope colour was not carried out as requested. Too late to change now. Very disappointing.

A beautiful design and the finished quality is excellent. Communication was excellent and I was really impressed by the proofing service. All the fonts across our stationary were aligned and even the text itself was altered slightly to read better. I can't wait to send these to our guests and will definitely be coming back for thank you cards!

I was really disappointed in this order - I wrote a message to the team and have had no response. Wedding invitations are an important thing to get right and this isn't good enough. The printing was really wonky and so they look very poor quality.

Recently ordered my wedding invitations. Really happy with them they look fabulous and really great quality card and paper envelopes. Proofreading service is fantastic and the customer service is exceptional had some questions regarding colours etc and response times were so fast. 100% would recommend this company and will be using again for upcoming events.

So very glad we decided to use RoseMoon Atelier. I loved all the designs, and once we settled on one using the interface to personalise it was beyond easy. The proofread is a big help when you want to make sure everything is perfect, but more importantly they make sure that things not only are written right but that they look right: font-sizes, colours, everything is looked over and it shows.
We have now sent our invitations and every guest that has gotten in touch says they love them. They are classy, feel luxurious, and the personalised stickers add an amazing touch to the envelopes. I would use this service again, without a doubt!

Quick service, beautiful invitations but an error on the back of one of our cards
We were so happy with our invitations and they are beautiful but upon close inspection we realised that it said on the back of our menu card it said about gifts at John Lewis and we had never mentioned that. Very disappointed. Everything was perfect with the invitations but I do not understand how this got on the back of our cards and now not sure what the next step is as we are in Spain and our invites are in the UK with our families.

Very speedy service and I like the retouching service.
Good experience in general from submitting the draft up upon printing. However when I received the printed copies of my wedding invitation, the corners of all of them are crease. A little bit disappointed about it but I didn’t ask for reprint because I don’t want to kill more trees.

Just one very little thing it will be good if you could get some off white envelopes to match the cards and also we noted the glue on the envelope was not great but once we used the stickers it worked very well.

Ordered wedding invites which arrived today. Love the invites but the envelopes don't match. When I ordered a sample, I ordered a blue envelope to go with the design and was contacted with the suggestion I change to Ivory as it matched better. I did. Upon ordering all my invites as I was so impressed with the sample, I selected white envelope, as ivory wasn't an option, but also contacted with the request that an envelope to match the card be sent, i.e. ivory. Pearly white envelopes have been sent, which don't match. I know it's just an envelope, but when paying for invites to be made, it's because you want it to be perfect. My wedding is in less than 5 months (only booked 3 weeks ago so last minute date, not that I've left ordering to the last minute) which means I don't have time to wait or source different envelopes as I need my invites out asap. Design and invites themselves are perfect, just disappointing to be let down on a small detail.

We know that your envelope selection is a very important part of your wedding invitations, a detail that we aim to get just right on every order which led us to first suggest switching from blue to ivory envelopes. We apologise that our ivory envelopes were temporarily out of stock when you placed your final order. Our pearly white envelopes are usually a safe middle ground between white and ivory which was the second best choice at the time but we certainly can't leave you with envelopes that you aren't 100% satisfied with so I have followed up with you to send along new ivory envelopes as they are now back in stock.
